Full Table Farm
Saintsbury Vineyard with
Krupp Brothers
September 1st, 2012 - 6:00pm
Presented at the Bale Grist Mill
Calistoga, California

Picture
Full Table Farm is a small husband and wife farm just south of the Town of Yountville. Now in its second year, Full Table Farm was born out of an appreciation and love for high quality food produced in a responsible manner.
Aside from a tremendous amount of physical effort, Mindy and Juston try to add little else in growing their crops. They use a variety of approaches to do this, such as, micro-irrigation, dry-farming, composting and companion planting. The result is the ability to grow produce with little reliance on outside resources and produce with wonderful pure flavors that have been grown in a fashion that is healthy for both the land and the flora and fauna that abounds there.
Full Table Farm's hope for the future is that they can continue to learn, share and help inspire the larger local food system that they are a part of, and to offer the best food it can through methods that are responsible, both environmentally and financially. They are thankful for the many people that inspire them by doing this today and strive for this in the future, which is why they are excited to be part of the this Beyond the Kitchen event.

BOCA Farm strives to actively contribute to and strengthen our local food system.
We grow organic produce for Napa restaurants and markets in our culinary garden, we offer a community garden for our neighbors to grow their own food, and we welcome local school children to learn, work and explore at our garden classroom.
We cultivate delicious produce within a healthy farm system, and through shared experiences, rewarding and hard work, and cooking and food, we develop positive relationships and a sense of responsibility and interconnectedness among Napa community members.

Big Ranch Farms "Second Act"
St. Supery Vineyards

Presented at Connolly Ranch
September 29th, 2012 - 5:00pm
Napa, California

BIG RANCH FARMS, owned and operated by Napa local Mark Haberger and wife Teresa (some know Mark as “the tomato guy’”), has been in business since 1994.  While the main focus originally was to grow the best and ever increasingly popular heirloom tomatoes, now, in addition, the farm produces a full range of seasonal summer vegetables.Simply stated, our goal is to offer our customers a wide range of nutritious, delicious seasonal vegetables that are grown locally, by us, so you can enjoy “farm to table” dining in your own home!
We can be found all summer long at the local farmers markets (Napa, St. Helena and Calistoga).  More recently, in order to offer our Napa neighbors another alternative to shop for their produce, we have established BIG RANCH FARMSTAND, located right on our property at 2046 Big Ranch Road, Napa.  We hope BIG RANCH FARMSTAND becomes one of your routine grocery shopping spots!
You will also see our tomatoes (and sometimes other veggies) on menus at some of the best restaurants in the Napa Valley.
