All of our dinners take place on a local farm. We will be greeted by our farmer hosts and begin an exclusive tour of the farmstead. In the true sense of hospitality, an arrival refreshment will be served and we will toast the talented people that brought us the bounty. Our first course will be passed around as we learn about our host farm and what makes it so special. We will then be seated and continue with the second course of a unique 5 course dinner served "family style" to encourage conversation and merriment. Wines from our featured winery will be poured as you will learn about all the unique things that went into making it. Dessert and French pressed coffee from a local coffee roaster will round out the evening as you dine amongst some of Napa Valley's best artisan producers and get the chance to ask questions and engage in an unforgettable evening. Our staff consists of a Bay Area trained 4 star Chef, talented and up-and-coming cooks and Culinary Institute of America students and alumni. As we laugh and learn our way through the afternoon, we will have made new friends and helped continue the tradition that starts with the seeds and ends in our nourishment. This is how we tie food into socializing, a community into conservation, and new traditions into a way of life.
